1. Operation Superintendent Requirements:
- D3 /S1 Petroleum / Geology / Mining Engineering
- Experience in drilling / Work over Rig Company minimum 10 years
- Good Knowledge for Rig Equipment and Technical problem analysis
- Good knowledge for well control procedure at rig site
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
2. USE Superintendent Requirements:
- S1 Graduated from K3 or Technical
- Experience in HSE Oil & Gas Minimum 10 years and 5 years in the rig company
- Good knowledge for preparation documents for CSMS, CHESM, HSE Committee, ISO and OHSAS
- Strongly knowledge for HSE Program at rig site
- Has valid certificate AK3 Depnaker and K3 Migas
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Has Good LEadership and HSE Commitment
3. HSE Supervisor Requirements:
- D3/st Graduated from K3 or Others
- Experience in HSE Oil & Gas Minimum 6 years and 3 years in the rig company
- Good knowledge for preparation documents for CSMS, CHESM, ISO and OHSAS
- Strongly knowledge for organize HSE document from all rigs
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Able to Operate Office program
